One of the most celebrated snacks or appetizers in India, fried pakoras are a treat to indulge in. In this live online cooking class, you'll learn how to make two kinds of pakoras. Chef Rishika will teach you tips and techniques along the way as you prepare onion pakoras and paneer pakoras, along with yogurt mint chutney with cilantro and lime. End class with a refreshing fruit lassi drink.

From beginning to end, every moment of Chef Rishika's class was phenomenal! She was so welcoming, social and easy-going. She taught the recipes with patience and showed as many tricks and methods along the way. This was our first time making pasta, pesto and cannoli from scratch. We were able to appreciate the labour that goes into fresh, high quality food. It was so wonderful to cook an amazing fine-dining, 3-course meal and eat it too in a relaxed environment.
