Learn the fine art of handcrafting your own chocolate confections with Chef Rishika!

Enjoy a lesson in the delights of crafting handmade chocolate treats in this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Rishika. You'll explore various types of chocolate and learn a few candy-making techniques before making milk and white chocolate bark studded with toppings like cinnamon, almonds, pistachios, dried cranberries and candy canes.

From beginning to end, every moment of Chef Rishika's class was phenomenal! She was so welcoming, social and easy-going. She taught the recipes with patience and showed as many tricks and methods along the way. This was our first time making pasta, pesto and cannoli from scratch. We were able to appreciate the labour that goes into fresh, high quality food. It was so wonderful to cook an amazing fine-dining, 3-course meal and eat it too in a relaxed environment. I I booked this experience as a birthday gift for my husband. She made sure the night was extra special for him. This experience exceeded our expectations. We're glad we booked with Chef Rishika!
