Online Cooking Class - Japanese Yakitori Skewers

Join Chef Kumi live from Tokyo in this interactive online cooking class and learn how to prepare four yakitori recipes from the comfort of home, including chicken yakitori with scallions, bacon-wrapped cherry tomato yakitori, and tsukune yakitori with shiitake mushrooms. You'll also prepare a special yakitori sauce and Japanese white rice.

Prep Work Details

1. Please rinse and soak the rice in required quantity of water in a cooking pot. Leave for 20 minutes. Please see the recipe for more details. 2. Soak at least eight six-inch long bamboo skewers in water for 20-30 minutes. Pat them with paper towels and dry them.

I bought this for my nieces for Christmas as a private class since they LOVE Ramen so much. They all gave it a 10/10. Her recipe was truly authentic and totally amazing… better than any restaurant we’ve been to. Chef Kumi was amazing!!
