Over three weeks, Chef Andy will guide you through this interactive online cooking class, and teach you every step of making pizza. During week one, begin with an introduction to homemade pizza topped with roasted garlic sauce using Chef Andy's preferred methods. The second week you'll explore a perfect pan pizza with classic marinara sauce, and finally, learn how to prepare a traditional margherita hand-tossed pizza in week three.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Week 1: Introduction to Chef's Method Pizza With Roasted Garlic Sauce
With all-purpose flour, crushed tomatoes and mozzarella
Week 2: Pan Pizza With Marinara Sauce
With bread flour, crushed tomatoes, onion, oregano, garlic, basil and mozzarella
Week 3: Margherita Hand Tossed Pizza
With "00" flour/Italian finely milled flour, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella and basil

- Technology Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
- Class Participation Chime in with questions through audio or chat. Use of video is optional.
- Class Size Public class sizes are between 4 to 20 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions. Private classes can accommodate up to 498 guests.
