Online Cooking Class - Classic Pizza Three-Week Series

Learn how to master the craft of homemade pizza making in this three-week online cooking class.

Over three weeks, Chef Andy will guide you through this interactive online cooking class, and teach you every step of making pizza. During week one, begin with an introduction to homemade pizza topped with roasted garlic sauce using Chef Andy's preferred methods. The second week you'll explore a perfect pan pizza with classic marinara sauce, and finally, learn how to prepare a traditional margherita hand-tossed pizza in week three.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

  • Recipes Recipe links are sent in your booking confirmation.
  • Ingredients Ingredients can be adapted for dietary restrictions or lack of availability and can be delivered by your preferred local grocer with the link below.
  • Technology Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
  • Class Participation Chime in with questions through audio or chat. Use of video is optional.
  • Class Size Public class sizes are between 4 to 20 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions. Private classes can accommodate up to 498 guests.

My boyfriend and I traveled down from Milwaukee to come to chef Andy’s class. This class exceeded our expectations in every way! Andy was very professional but still personal. Andy let us be independent enough but still was an excellent teacher and answered any questions we had. The food turned out delicious. We had a gift card from Christmas and this was such a good gift to receive and was SUCH a fun date night! It was worth traveling from Milwaukee. We cannot say enough good things about Andy and his class!!
