Online Cooking Class - Classic Pizza Three-Week Series

Learn how to master the craft of homemade pizza making in this three-week online cooking class.

Over three weeks, Chef Andy will guide you through this interactive online cooking class, and teach you every step of making pizza. During week one, begin with an introduction to homemade pizza topped with roasted garlic sauce using Chef Andy's preferred methods. The second week you'll explore a perfect pan pizza with classic marinara sauce, and finally, learn how to prepare a traditional margherita hand-tossed pizza in week three.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

    Public class sizes are between 4 to 20 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions. Private classes can accommodate up to 498 guests.

Booked the "Kids Colorful Italian Creation" class for our family. The kids (ages 12, 10, 5) and my wife and I were all hands on and loved learning different cooking techniques. Chef Andy was great with making sure everyone was involved and having fun. Chef Andy was a great teacher and showed/shared his knowledge of food throughout the class. It was definitely a fun class to do and it was great seeing the kids enjoy tasting their delicious creations.

My husband and I had a FABULOUS time learning from Chef Andy. He has fantastic stories, and was able to help us hone in our knife and intuitive cooking skills - Chef Andy is a patient teacher and very supportive. The menu/food was delightful, and it was a perfect way to celebrate my husband's birthday. I've already recommended him to three friends, and can't wait to hire him for future classes! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely evening.

We had a fantastic time! Chef Andy was very down to earth and personable. I was very impressed with how he not only taught us how to make the specific recipes, but how to be an excellent chef. He began the class with teaching us knife skills, showing us different cutting techniques and allowing us to practice on the various vegetables we’d be using in the meal. He taught us how to smell and taste the difference between different herbs and spices, and was excellent at showing and teaching without just taking over and doing it himself. He was very attentive without being invasive, and it made for a very well-paced and entertaining evening! I would highly recommend Chef Andy. The Argentinian steak, vegetables and empanadas were top notch and his ingredients were high quality, and he even gave us recommendations on where to buy everything. We’re already considering what meal and when we might boom with him again!
