In this live, virtual pie-making class with Chef Peter, you will prepare two popular holiday pies from scratch using easy-to-master techniques. After learning the secrets to preparing a no-fuss, no-roll pie dough that yields a buttery, crisp, tender crust, Chef Peter will teach you how to make two different holiday pie fillings: A classic pumpkin made with nostalgia and warming spices, and a gooey pecan filling with Southern spirit.

Chef Peter's class was great. He was very patient waiting to see our efforts. I found it really helpful learning how to tell when the pumpkin and pecan pies are ready. Some great decorating tips too.

Since then, Chef Peter has curated an impressive résumé, including owning his own bakery, developing and commercializing artisan breads and pastries for large-scale bakeries, and teaching classes for the Culinary Institute of America, the California Culinary Academy, and more.
