Join Chef Andy and learn how to master the uramaki inside-out sushi roll, and more.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Andy, you will learn how to prepare a traditional Japanese menu of miso soup, cucumber salad, and uramaki inside-out sushi rolls right in your own kitchen. After learning how to properly prepare your sushi rice, Chef Andy will walk you step by step through the assembly of your uramaki rolls filled with sushi-grade salmon, avocado, cucumber, scallions, and oyster sauce.

Date night with my boyfriend and Chef Cocoa was a lovely experience. I gifted him this Cozymeal sushi class, and we had so much fun prepping and rolling sushi. It turned into a very filling dinner — we even had to take some to go. The class was well organized and easy to follow, with a great group of people. The ambiance at Chef Andy’s place was great, plus easy parking. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful evening making bruschetta, risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramisu. We learned some tips for getting the right texture for the risotto, got a refresher on correctly searing chicken, and made tiramisu for the first time.
