I spent the evening with Chef Andrew as a surprise Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Because of Andrew, I basically won Christmas. The entire evening was amazing. The entire meal was handcrafted based on my requests. While we could participate as much or as little as we wanted, I can tell you that you want to roll up your sleeves and get in there with the chef. He’s warm, conversational and knows how to tailor the experience based on experience levels. I’ve taken cooking classes around the world and consider myself someone who “kinda knows what they are doing”... but Chef Andrew went above and beyond our expectations. From the custom menu, to the surprise amuse bouche and then the amazing backyard (fire pits?!!? Glowing swimming pool??!!) I could not have asked for a more wonderful way to spend the evening. Please don’t hesitate to try out a meal with Chef Andrew. I promise you will not only fill your tummies but also your soul.

Francesco is the man. His food was delicious, the afternoon was entertaining, and all-in-all it was an amazing experience. I definitely recommend going with him to the farmer's market to pick up ingredients. He was excellent at working with our group's long list of allergies and preferences. If you're debating booking an experience with him, do it! You won't regret it.

My boyfriend and I did the "Seafood Lovers Unite" with Chef Francesco, and had a WONDERFUL time! It was definitely more than a dinner, it was an experience. He took us through multiple courses with fresh Italian ingredients and rich flavors, paired with wines. His house is lovely and a great space for entertaining, and he went above and beyond to deliver an authentic evening. It was not as much of a "class" as we anticipated, more of a "dining experience", but we had a great time and would definitely do a supper club or an event with Francesco and his staff again. Thank you, Chef!

This was honestly such a strange and in a lot of ways a deeply uncomfortable experience. All I will say is that if you are a female and / or in any way sensitive to inappropriate pats on the back, a slew of incredibly sexist jokes (including, but limited to, how women must maintain their nails, support men to be successful, beg their boyfriends to stop playing golf, and beg to be married), and even inappropriately placed political commentary, then I’d recommend you spare yourself from this experience. It’d do Chef Andrew well to educate himself on professionalism and courtesy both in general and in particular regarding what is acceptable treatment towards women and just stop touching your students (this should be common sense). These were some of the more uncomfortable hours of my life in recent memory and I hope to soon forget this class. Spare yourself.

We had the best time with Chef Perez. My 4 teenage girls loved all the skills they learned. Some kids try cooking on their own and just one bad experience leaves them not wanting to ever try again. With this amazing Chef these girls gained confidence, and skills to last a lifetime. Chef was so patient with the girls, teaching them knife skills, to slice anything from bread to tomatoes, herbs and more. He would guide each one so they were confident to keep trying til they were finally getting the skill down. They learned to make define custard, grate lemons, make homemade salad dressing with homemade croutons -Fresh pasta, running their dough through the pasta maker, they loved it. Highly recommend Chef Perez, truly gifted Chef and teacher and patient!

Chef Nik came to our house yesterday evening and worked with my husband, 11-year old son, and me to cook a great Mediterranean meal. We each had our own favorite courses: I loved the Greek Maroulosalata, my son liked the Chicken Provencal - even the olives!, and my husband was a huge fan of the Patatas Bravas. We all appreciated the Cannoli Crepes! We cook regularly but still learned new knife skills, when to not measure spices and herbs, how to "shimmy" roasting tomatoes, and so on. Nik also gave us new ideas for products we can buy to address some of the challenges we've run into while cooking. He was great about including our son in every part of the process too. We highly recommend a lesson with Chef Nik and will be looking for other lessons we can take with him!

Absolute 5 star experience. Was looking for a fun activity to share with my daughter. We enjoy cooking together so this seemed like a good fit. Chef Nicholas was fantastic. We enjoyed his professionalism and found his tips really useful. To top it off the Mediterranean menu was great and the food was delicious. Chef Nicholas took his time to teach us proper set up “mise en place”, efficient ways to cut and cooking techniques. Chef Nicholas did the clean up so we could enjoy the wonderful meal. He joined us for dessert and we shared several laughs. Would definitely book again!
