Such a great experience and delicious food! Sarah was an amazing teacher and host and did an awesome job of guiding us though the recipes. She patiently explained various aspects of how to perform different steps, why they were being done that way, and tips and tricks to use in our own kitchen. Will definitely be taking one of her classes again!

Chef Sarah was awesome! We had so much fun learning in the Indian delights class and the food was fabulous! As an added bonus Sarah was great company the entire evening and even generously helped us clean up our kitchen after(we kept saying we would do it!). I can’t wait to do another class with her again. This was a great class! We were with one other couple, and Chef Nick talked us through how to prepare all the parts of the meal. We made salmon tartare, steak frites, and creme brulee. Those hand-cut fries were the best fries I ever ate, and we made them! Nick is a warm host, and we enjoyed our class and dinner in his home.

Wow, this is not what I expected. I was looking for more of a couples cooking course and found a different type of educational experience on cooking techniques. The meal was wonderful and Chef RJ was very entertaining and very educated in his field of culinary arts.

I'll get right to it, I love to eat and love to watch people cook. Cozymeal offers both and even pulls you into the mix of cooking. The class is setup at different locations and ours was in back kitchen of a radio club. Chef Maggie was our host and she was wonderful, a patient chef and encourages experimenting with recipes. Janet and I were tasked with an appetizer, dates stuffed with Marcona almonds and wrapped in thick bacon. It turned out quite tasty, just saying. We made several dishes as a group of five and the chef. She taught me a few tricks and explained why she does things with preparation and cooking. The class cuisine was traditional tapas and the grand veggie chicken paella. We also made Valencian Paella with bomba rice, saffron, aioli and chicken, and Mushroom Croquettes. She also through a traditional potato and egg tortilla, and I was the chosen one to flip it, which was successful. Everything turned out really tasty. Chef Maggie also took the time to discuss our experiences and changes we might have made to our recipes or cooking techniques. The class also shows that you can make a great meal in any kitchen, even an outdated industrial one. Overall a great experience, and I look forward to another class.

Chef Robert and his wife, a Sous Chef were amazing. The food was mind blowing and the overall experience couldn't have been better ;) My gf and I celebrated our one year anniversary and HIGHLY recommend visiting Chef Roberts to enjoy a sensational experience.

Chef Adam was great! He was very well prepared and informative. We had a great time cooking our brunch with him. He taught us how to perfect our poaching eggs skills, making hollandaise and more! Highly recommend taking a class with him!

We had an incredible experience at the cooking class with Chef Sarah! It was the perfect date night, and making Indian food together was both fun and delicious. Kevin was awesome! He was hands on but let us do most of the cooking, teaching us everything from how to use a knife to how to cook a delicious Beef Wellington. Would definitely recommend!
