In this hands-on class, Chef Mark draws inspiration from the history books as he teaches you how to create dishes using ancient grains to add texture and variety — not to mention extra nutrition — to your meals.
Chef Mark focuses on teaching you how to prepare ancient grains as a meat substitute. You will also learn techniques and time-saving tips for cooking ancient grains as well as knife skills, proper browning techniques, homemade salad dressing, and a velvety chocolate ganache and homemade whipped cream for your dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
