In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you'll learn the skills and techniques needed to create a menu of Italian-American dishes bursting with bright, refreshing flavors that stimulate a complete sensory experience.
Chef Jason will begin with an introduction to Italian cuisine, kitchen safety, knife skills, and mise en place. Then, you'll begin prepping and poaching your mangos for the appetizer, brewing a batch of primavera sauce from scratch for the entree, and crafting a buttery, crispy crust for a tangy white cherry cheesecake featuring a riesling reduction for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
