In this hands-on class with Chef Kelsee, you will learn the culinary secrets behind building some of the best appetizers and tapas-style dishes while preparing four small bites containing big and bold bursts of flavor.
Chef Kelsee has prepared a delectable menu of four small bites for you to create. Some of the recipes you can look forward to making include curry deviled eggs with maple jalapeño turkey bacon jam, crispy pulled pork wontons with spicy avocado and watermelon, and corn cups with papaya and pink grapefruit salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
