In this hands-on class with Chef Jess, you will discover how easy it can be to work a few more family-style Mediterranean meals into your weekly menu plan that miraculously use bright, refreshing flavors to create hearty and satisfying meals.
In addition to practicing your knife skills and flavor balancing, you'll learn two staple recipes: aioli, an easy sauce that adds a zing of flavor and creaminess to countless dishes, and dukkah, a toasted nut and seed blend that is the perfect crunchy topping to both sweet and savory foods.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
