Learn all of the tricks from "Hell's Kitchen" winner Chef Ja'Nel — without all the yelling.

In this hands-on class, "Hell's Kitchen" winner Chef Ja'Nel has prepared a far less stressful reality cooking competition experience for you to learn and have fun.

Chef Ja'Nel's four-course menu is comprised of some of the classic dishes that tend to cause contestants — and home cooks — the most heartache. Some of the recipes you can look forward to learning how to master include wild mushroom risotto complete with luxurious truffle oil, perfectly seared sea scallops, a moist, tender herb roasted chicken breast, and a tangy lemon cheesecake mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wild Mushroom Risotto

With chives, parmesan and truffle oil

Seared Sea Scallops

With butternut squash puree, apple and sage

Herb Roasted Chicken Breast

With creamed greens and rosemary roasted potatoes

Lemon Cheesecake Mousse

With wild blueberry compote

Wow! Chef Ja'Nel was absolutely delightful and our meal could not have been more fun. Our event was a luncheon and class for a gourmet cooking group, and we all learned some great tips and tricks in addition to enjoying a delicious meal. I would highly recommend Chef Ja'Nel!

It was such a delight to cook with Chef Ja'Nel! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She is smart but also down to Earth. Her stories about traveling the world to learn different dishes made us feel like we were in her own personal cooking show. It's easy to see why Chef Ramsay hired her!

Chef Ja'Nel makes cooking a restaurant quality meal very accessible to the home cook. Cooking with her is fun and everything ALWAYS taste delicious. I would take every class she offers if I had the time.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Is there anything this chef can't do?? Chef Ja'Nel is absolutely amazing and her food is out of this world scrumptious! She is a natural born teacher and takes time to make your sessions personalized and most of all fun. Pour up a glass of wine and let the laughs begin. You should take advantage and schedule a class while you can. She is truly gifted and I bet she will be completely booked soon. Best food ever!! Thank you so much for the tasty and delicious food!

Chef Ja'Nel is by far one of the best chefs I've had the pleasure to order meals from. Ive enjoyed over 60 different dishes and each dish was amazingly delicious. Her meals are seasoned to perfection and have some of the best flavor combinations. Highly recommended!
