In this hands-on class with Chef Karen, you are invited to cozy up in the kitchen and of course roll up your sleeves, put on an apron, and participate in creating a comfort food feast using local ingredients with a Pacific Northwest flair.
You will begin by learning and reviewing kitchen basics and then you will dive in to cooking. Some of the recipes you can look forward to making include a creamy salmon spread on toasty crostini, roasted sweet potato and coconut soup, and a surprisingly simple chicken ballotine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
