Learn how to make the classic Pasta alla Bolognese in a hands-on cooking class. Chef James will teach you the secrets to making gorgeous hand-made egg tagliatelle paired with a slow-cooked sugo of ground pork and beef. For the main dish, you will create a Dot Ranch brisket with bitter greens and wrap up the evening with a delicious dessert. Feel free to bring wine to share.

Great atmosphere me and my finance loved it. Food was great. Although we still haven't recieved the recipe and photos, don't know how long its suppose to take.
