Chef Michael will teach you everything you need to know to barbecue like a true Texan. You'll learn how to slow cook pork butt, how to make baked beans and creamy coleslaw from scratch, and of course, the secret to momma's banana pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

CozyMeal with Chef Michael definitely exceeded my expectations. He was an awesome teacher he took his time to not only demonstrate and give hands on but to explain what and why. The meal was absolutely delicious but the things that stuck out to me the most was their love for God and the impeccable hospitality rendered by both Granny and him. Would I recommend Cozymeal, MOST DEFINITELY. Would I attend a Cozymeal class, MOST DEFINITELY AND WE WILL. It’s no doubt that Cozymeal lived up to it’s name. 5 ***** stars for Cozymeal. Plus we get the bragging rights of being his class. MAGNIFICENT!!!!
