In this hands-on class, Chef Robin will teach you the basics and essentials of making plant-based pies, tarts, and quiches that are both sweet and savory. Chef Robin also offers gluten-free options in this class.
You will begin by learning the basic techniques of handmade pie dough, which you will make completely from scratch. Then, you will discover all the wonderful ways you can use it to make your favorite meals or desserts, including apple pie, vegetable pot pie, asparagus and cherry tomato quiche, and a chocolate almond tart.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
