WHAT YOU’LL DO

Exotic Southeast Asian flavors are combined with classic French techniques to create something truly magical.
In this hands-on class, Chef Kiet has prepared a unique and extraordinary three-course Asian-French fusion menu for you to prepare that is sure to awe your senses and impress your guests.

A couple of recipes you can look forward to making in this class include from-scratch chili oil and curry paste. You will then learn the secret to perfectly cooking rice as well as how to churn a batch of homemade ice cream. Chef Kiet also teaches on presentation and plating techniques to further impress your guests.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
