Learning with Chef Eric was such a treat! From the gorgeous blue door that greets you to the modern design of his kitchen, there is something about Chef Eric’s home that echoes his cool personality and relaxed teaching style. His menu is perfect for any and all tastes and easy to recreate in your own kitchen. I walked away from his class feeling great about the entire experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn a new way to impress future dinner guests!
