In this hands-on class, Chef Eric proves that it is possible to cook and enjoy good food with dietary needs and restrictions in mind. Chef Eric shows you how to get creative in the kitchen by preparing dishes that can be adapted with many different and delicious ingredients.
As you work your way through the preparation of a three-course vegan and gluten-free menu, Chef Eric will teach you how to make stealthy substitutions in impressive dishes, including chicken fried vegetables, dairy-free mozzarella sticks, and chili with gluten-free cornbread.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
