In this hands-on class, Chef Maria will guide you on key ingredients that help boost the immune system and reduce inflammation and stress in the body. Food wisdom and ancient Greek wisdom will be shared and incorporated into all the dishes you make. You will make each dish completely from scratch and using only the freshest organic signature ingredients of Greek cuisine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
