I want to inspire people to cook more at home and to feel comfortable and excited about entertaining friends and family. I believe in cooking what's in season using the freshest ingredients possible. I have taken dozens of cooking classes both in California (where I grew up), in the Washington DC area (including L'Academie de Cuisine) and in Italy & France. I am passionate about cooking and I love teaching.
