Learn to respect the traditions of comfort cuisine while putting a spin on the classics.
In this hands-on class with Chef Frederick, you'll learn to prepare a classic southern comfort menu that honors the traditions of the cuisine, while also being introduced to fun twists on classic dishes.
You'll begin by preparing a colorful, flavorful salad featuring fresh Georgia peaches and addicting cornbread croutons. Then, Chef Frederick will provide a demonstration on a gnocchi mac and cheese featuring handmade pasta before you begin making tender braised beef short ribs. Lastly, you'll get to sit back and enjoy the spectacle of Chef Frederick's show-stopping bananas foster.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
