In this hands-on class with Chef Steve, learn how to perfectly meld the sweet with the heat as you work through preparing a three-course Latin-fusion feast.
You'll begin by learning the technique to frying cornbread in a cast iron pan as well as how to build up flavors with a cilantro-honey oil. For the main course, you'll roast juicy pork medallions and serve them with your very own homemade blueberry mole. For dessert, the sweet and spicy will continue to play nicely in your jalapeño-mango frozen yogurt.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
