Chef Gustavo was a wonderful host and teacher. His home is charming and he had set it up to make everything easy and special for the four of us. Each of the dishes we made was incredibly delicious and we practiced every step so we can make them at home. We will definitely be taking classes from Chef Gustavo again.

Chef Gustavo was a wonderful host and we had a great time. The food was delicious and we appreciated how he made a point to show us how simple it would be to recreate these dishes at home. I would definitely book with him again!
