Join Chef Jenny in this hands-on class as she takes the intimidation out of cooking seafood. Chef Jenny will guide you through her four-course menu and provide invaluable tips on cooking a wide variety of seafood so you can gain confidence in preparing seafood at home.
Chef Jenny focuses on helping you hone the skills for four different methods of cooking seafood. You'll learn everything from how to grill marinated salmon to sautéing shrimp to baking salt-encrusted trout to preparing the perfectly browned and crunchy crust on a fish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
