Presentation is often just as important as taste! Chef Jeremy gets fancy in this hands-on class where you will learn plating techniques that will wow and inspire with the beauty of plant-based cuisine.
A couple of recipes you can look forward to learning how to prepare and plate include cucumber-herb falafels with tzatziki sauce, roasted tomato pesto, and curry emulsion, as well as a dessert of grilled seasonal fruit with candied pistachios. After preparing and plating your four-course meal, it may look too good to eat!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
