In this hands-on class, Chef Patricia will guide you through the preparation of a three-course menu featuring surf and turf and seasonality. You will learn the tips, tricks, and techniques to handcrafting a divinely elegant meal that is sure to impress.
For the surf portion of the menu, Chef Patricia takes the intimidation out of preparing luxurious seared sea scallops. For the turf portion of the menu, you'll learn the secret to a juicy, flavorful leek-crusted beef tenderloin. And for dessert: seasonal fruit hand pies with whipped homemade creme fraiche.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
