The genre of Asian-fusion cuisine comes with an air of creativity that keeps it in a constant state of evolution. In this hands-on class, Chef Mel shows you what's the latest and greatest in Asian fusion!
You will begin your culinary experimentation in Asian fusion with a bok choy salad bathed in a bright and zippy sesame dressing. Then, you will create an impeccable, melt-in your-mouth miso-glazed cod and pair it with a unique warm quinoa salad that will tie together all your favorite Asian flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was great, both chef Mel and the tacos-salsa-sauce and the margaritas!

Chef Mel was excellent, however it was my first time using mangos, so I lost some time during the class. In future, I will ask for more info when using ingredients that I am not familiar with. The fish tacos, salsa and avocado cilantro sauce were delicious

We had the best time with Chef Mel. We learned how to properly use our knives and made the most delicious tacos and margaritas.

She is passionate about educating others on how to cook and eat well, and has shared her zest for culinary instruction by teaching children's cooking classes and volunteering for cooking programs.
