As a health coach, Chef Lilly is an expert at taking plant-based foods and turning them into delicious and nutritious masterpieces. In this hands-on class, Chef Lilly provides an intro to healthy plant-based cooking for anyone who possesses basic cooking skills and is curious about how tasty healthy cooking can be.
A couple of recipes you can look forward to creating as you work your way through Chef Lilly's four-course menu include an unbelievable no-dairy spinach dip, and a chocolate banana "nice cream" that's even better than the real thing.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
