Since I have known this woman, she has been cooking! I am happy to see her share it with the world! The Mac & Cheese is the cheesiest, The Fried Chicken is the crispiest and if you name any seafood dish, she can execute it with TLC and finesse! The way her soul speaks through her dishes, it is riveting! I would book her for any event and be confident that my guests will not only have a satisfied palette, but also be met with incomparable service and professionalism!

Chef Tay's dishes are amazing! The dynamic taste and flavors reminds me of meals my grandma used to make. I knew I was hooked after having a plate of her fried chicken and baked mac n cheese. Six cheeses! So good! You can tell her heart is in her food.

I hired Chef Tay to be a personal chef for a girls weekend, and she went above and beyond to make the weekend perfect for some hungry old ladies. Even when the menu changed at the last minute and special diet requests were made, Chef Tay was there with a smile and something delicious. She handled everything professionally even when demands were high. Most important the food was DE-LI-CIOUS! Food that will put your grandma to shame! I will definitely hire her again and have recommended her to all my friends.

Chef Tay is the most patient chef I know. She's a pleasure to be in the kitchen with. I've been her sous chef on several catering jobs and she makes everything seem so effortless. When I'm feeling defeated she always lightens the mood with a quick joke and words of encouragement. Thanks for being an awesome teacher and believing in me.

If you want authentic, flavorful food please book Tay. I hired her last minute for a surprise birthday party for my wife and when I tell you! My wife is a chef so it's really hard to match her level of cooking. Chef Tay came on board and provided 17 dishes with only 4 days notice. My wife still talks about how good the food was. Thanks for keeping me out of the dog house!

Tay is very passionate about food and cooking! Always goes beyond and more if you hire her for an event. Some of my favorites of hers are the Mac & cheese, collard greens, fried chicken, and any seafood dish she makes!

Chef Tay provided a very intimate, private dinner for me and my partner on Valentine's day. My girlfriend loves Dominican food and that's what Chef Tay made for us. The maduros were sweet and soft and the rice and beans were perfect. She even helped me pop the question at the end of the dinner by hiding the ring in the tres leche cake. Awesome night I will remember forever.

Chef Tay makes the best fried chicken and I eat A LOT of fried chicken. She's not stingy with the secrets and recipes either. No matter how much she teaches me I always book her to cater my family gathering because the food is that good. Thanks for everything you rock!
