In this hands-on class, Chef Mukti ditches the cream and heavy oils used by many Indian restaurants and teaches you how to cook healthier and lighter with better, bolder flavors.
Chef Mukti will begin by giving you descriptions of the spices and secrets to knowing how each spice will transform each dish. You will then dive into preparing the authentic, vibrant dishes of this fascinating cuisine.
