Explore the fantastical diversity of vegetarian dishes in Indian cuisine with Chef Mukti in this hands-on class. Born and raised in India, Chef Mukti knows that most of India's large population is vegetarian, and therefore knows what it takes to make seriously good meat-free meals.
Chef Mukti will show you how to make use of the many exotic vegetables, grains, legumes, fruits, and spices to bring the dishes in her four-course menu to life. After learning from Chef Mukti, you'll be a master at both vegetarian and Indian cuisine.
