In this hands-on class, Chef RJ will teach you tips and techniques to bring out the best in Mother Nature's bounty and understand why mastering fruit and vegetable cookery can make you a more versatile cook and mindful consumer.
Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to impact the environment positively, one thing is certain: you don't have to eat bland food simply because it's healthy and plant based. Chef RJ promises awe and amazement in everything from carrot gravlax to pho-tato hot pot to an impressive strawberry rhubarb dessert.

Chef RJ was a knowledgeable and friendly guy that made us the most enjoyable vegan meal. We learned quite a lot about the nutritional aspects, and picked up techniques to round up our skill set. Highly highly recommended!

Chef RJ was just wonderful ! We felt right at home with him and loved all the food he prepared . He patiently answered all of our many questions and he was very excited to teach us step by step how to prepare the food.

Meet your chef
Chef RJ is a well-seasoned chef with previous positions as the executive chef for renowned restaurants, as well as other exciting culinary endeavors, including cooking on a private yacht and at a premiere guest ranch. He is also a registered dietician and an American Culinary Federation-certified executive chef. Above all, Chef RJ is an impeccable teacher, incredibly personable, and is known for preparing immensely creative dishes.
