Cooking Class - Middle Eastern Essentials - Philadelphia

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy the opportunity to experience the creation of some of the Middle East’s essential dishes.

In this hands-on class, Chef Mario will teach you the essential skills and techniques to bring some of the most essential and delicious Middle Eastern dishes to life. Chef Mario will also share some history details behind each menu item while adding new recipes to your culinary repertoire.

This class will focus on honing the traditional Middle Eastern classics, including refreshing salads, divine dips, full-flavored grilled meats, and simply decadent desserts. You can also look forward to making authentic pita bread from scratch in a traditional wood fired oven!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He has a reputation for being wonderfully outgoing, creative, and sociable, which has helped him become a successful founder of a catering business, and as a managing partner of an upscale café. Chef Mario, who has Italian and Middle Eastern roots, specializes in both cuisines.
