Cooking Class - Classic French Bistro
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Rose introduces you to some of her all-time favorite dishes while teaching you the skills to bring classic French bistro cuisine elegantly to the table.
Beginning with the salad, you'll learn how to properly segment an orange and make a vinaigrette. For the main course, sear steak in a cast iron pan to perfection and whip up a luscious pan sauce using Cognac, pepper and cream to drizzle atop your juicy steak. For dessert, Chef Rose will teach you how to make decadent chocolate pots de creme.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
