Cooking Class - Classic French Bistro
In this hands-on class, Chef Rose introduces you to some of her all-time favorite dishes while teaching you the skills to bring classy and classic French Bistro cuisine elegantly to the table.
With the salad, you'll learn how to properly segment an orange and make a vinaigrette. For the main course, you will learn how to sear steak in a cast iron pan to perfection. Then, you will make a luscious pan sauce using Cognac and creme to drizzle atop your steak. And for dessert — decadent chocolate pots de creme.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
