Be whisked away to a Tuscan cocina in this interactive and advanced pasta-making class.
In this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef David instructs on the basics of how to make a pasta dough from scratch and form a tortellini to make a beautiful pasta e fagioli with tortellini.
Then after a quick demo on a Caesar salad dressing and tasting of a new way to present a caesar salad, the pasta-making continues. Chef David will instruct while you make linguini together that forms the base of the classic Roman dish of cacio e pepe. Class will end with some homemade bombolone doughnuts filled with luscious pastry cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
