Your brunch menu just got an upgrade. Learn how to take the incredibly comforting flavors inspired by Southwest Texas cuisine and pair it with California flavors that are healthy and vegetable friendly. Be in awe at how the aromas and flavors come together perfectly so that each bite is divinely satisfying. Waffles, eggs, bacon, and much more will be on the menu waiting to have a flavorsome fusion twist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such an amazing time with Hannah! We learned so many new and exciting tricks that we can't wait to use in our kitchen. She was easy to talk to, open to all of our questions, and made it such a unique experience for all of us. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed Chef Hannah, the menu was good, and we enjoyed the food. Apartment was a bit small and hot and we would have liked more of a hands on experience.

We had the best evening at Chef Hannah’s apartment. She’s a very experienced chef who offers a great education resulting in a delicious meal. It was an intimate experience and we were fortunate that the other couple in the class was fun and enjoyable. It made for an evening of good food and group dynamics. Chef Hannah’s class is casual, homey and perfect for those looking for a small group experience. It is not cooking school style, but more creative with lots of direct, personal interaction with the chef. This was absolutely the right experience for us and the other couple who attended, but might not meet expectations for someone looking for a fancy experience.

Chef Hannah is not only creative but has the chops to back it up. Her food while exciting is well-executed and tasty. A perfect date night activity. You'll leave knowing how to cook the dishes well enough for company.
