In this hands-on class, Chef Debbie instructs on all things ramen. Shoyu ramen is a noodle soup with a savory broth that utilizes soy sauce as its flavor blueprint. Aside from being absolutely delicious, shoyu ramen is a fun culinary experience, perfect for all skill levels — from the novice to the pro chef.
Chef Debbie's ramen recipe is easy to recreate at home, but still loaded with the deeply nuanced flavor you would expect from your favorite ramen shop. Plus, you will even learn how to make homemade toppings!
