Join Chef Afia in transforming delicious traditional African cuisine into an exotic vegan dream feast.

Originally from West Africa, Chef Afia and her African fusion cooking style features healthy, organic, and vegan ingredients. She will teach you the best way to go about experimenting with different spices, recipes, and healthy and delicious vegan food by putting your own twist on authentic recipes.

In this hands-on, gluten-free, and vegan class, you will work your way through creating an African menu with the guidance of Chef Afia. From a refreshing Egyptian cucumber salad to fig tahini, each and every recipe promises to be exotically indulgent and healthy!
