Born and raised in Brazil, Chef Camila knows all about this multicultural country with a vast culinary expression. Join her in this hands-on class where she invites you to relax, learn, and have a good time.
Chef Camila has prepared a menu of four authentic Brazilian dishes oozing with culture, flavor, and exoticism for you to learn how to create yourself. Then, at home, you can play good Brazilian music while you replicate this Brazilian menu in your own kitchen, and treat and impress your friends and family.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was absolutely amazing having Chef Camilla come cook Brazilian cuisine with me and my husband. She is so knowledgeable and is very passionate and enthusiastic about what she does. The food was absolutely delicious and we learned so much! I would highly recommend hiring her for a class!!

Chef Camila showed great skills and a wide variety of influences she combines very well. She is a great cook, and entertainer. The food was amazing, and showed great dexterity in dishes from a variety of countries. Interesting flavors and delicious food from her home country Brazil.
Chef Camila’s impressive education — she has a culinary and a law degree — combined with her diverse background has deemed her an outstanding host to some incredibly entertaining cooking classes. Chef Camila has lived in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and New York — experiences that have given her command of Mediterranean, Italian, and Spanish cuisine that focus on seasonality. Also, expect to hear amazing stories and taste incredible flavors from her home country of Brazil in her classes!
