In this hands-on, intermediate level class, Chef Romi will guide you through a menu of six classic and elegant desserts. Chef Romi will discuss plating techniques as well as the all important cooking timeline vital to preparing your desserts to set you up for dessert making success.
Chef Romi will begin by covering the techniques for creams and mousses. Once you have a handle on these techniques, you will use them to create a zingy key lime pie, oozing molten cake, two different cheesecakes, and two indulgent chocolate desserts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
