The traditions of Italian cooking focus on the simple pleasures of savoring abundant courses and wonderful company. In this hands-on class, Chef Marla will guide you as you try your hand at tying together all the pleasures that from the backbone of Italian cuisine.

Begin by channeling your inner Italian and whipping up a batch of melt-in-your-mouth tortellini. Next, a classic entrée of wild mushroom risotto will be aptly complemented by prosciutto-wrapped asparagus. To complete the plate and the palate, strawberries with balsamic syrup finish off your taste of Italy.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
