In this hands-on class, Chef Terry will focus on the art of hand rolling a few traditional and innovative rolls using a makisu, or sushi mat.
You will begin by creating the crunchy-meets-creamy texture and bright flavors of the refreshing vegetable nori rolls. Then, keep on rolling through the class with two types of spring rolls boasting complex, bold flavors. After this class, you will be able to confidently recreate each recipe in your own home to provide a memorable and impressive culinary experience for friends and family.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
