Join Chef Marla, one of a handful of American females professionally trained in sushi making, in this hands-on sushi making class. Focusing on mastering the basics, Chef Marla makes the process of handcrafting these poppable morsels possible for anyone.
Chef Marla will teach you how to make three types of sushi: maki (sushi rolls), temaki (hand rolls), and uramaki (inside out rolls). After the class, you will be able to confidently recreate each recipe in your own home to provide a memorable — and impressive — culinary experience for friends and family.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
