Cooking Class - Classic French Inspired Dinner

Delve into the nuances of French cooking in this hands-on class with Chef Marla. As you make some of the quintessential dishes of France, you will get a taste of classic French cooking techniques—including the mastery of simple luxury.

You'll build a multi-course menu beginning with a simple vinaigrette to dress a butter leaf salad. A hearty beef bourguignon is the main course, with seasonal vegetables and red wine from Burgundy, accompanied by a creamy potato puree. To end, you'll concoct a divine crème brûlée boasting a distinctive caramelized crust.
