WHAT YOU’LL DO

Chef Jonah breaks down the steps to an impressive French meal from start to finish.

Swoon over indulgent French gastronomy in this hands-on class where Chef Jonah will instruct on some of the more advanced cooking techniques to take your kitchen skills to the next level.

Begin the class with a classic French appetizer of insalata caprese skewers with a balsalmic sherry reduction. The hearty main event, a dijon-encrusted Colorado rack of lamb, will be a feast for your eyes and your taste buds. Cap off the night learning the technical skills to a dessert utilizing pâte à choux topped with lignonberries and goat cheese.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Booked the class Classic Three Course Italian Spread with Chef Jonah

Truly a one of a kind experience. Jonah is extremely knowledgeable about pretty much everything kitchen-related. He was great to talk to and walked us through all of the processes regarding every dish. Would HIGHLY recommend you book a meal with Jonah! Our Italian meal was incredible, but he said the lamb dish is his favorite. Thank you SO much, Jonah! We would welcome you back to our home any time.

I learned so many new cooking skills from Chef Jonah. My favorite part was learning how to make sweet potato gnocchi and the brown sugar sauce on top! Jonah explained every process thoroughly, and all of the food was delicious!
