Swoon over indulgent French gastronomy in this hands-on class where Chef Jonah will instruct on some of the more advanced cooking techniques to take your kitchen skills to the next level.
Begin the class with a classic French appetizer of insalata caprese skewers with a balsalmic sherry reduction. The hearty main event, a dijon-encrusted Colorado rack of lamb, will be a feast for your eyes and your taste buds. Cap off the night learning the technical skills to a dessert utilizing pâte à choux topped with lignonberries and goat cheese.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
