Chef Anthony helps you hone the basic skills and techniques of any good home cook.

Chef Anthony teaches the tricks of the trade in this hands-on kitchen skills class. His menu emphasizes the skills necessary for a Mediterranean diet.

Sharpen your knife skills with gazpacho. Take the mystery out of indoor grilling and learn how to enhance meat—sans heavy sauces—using simple compound butters. Learn about blanching, shocking, and sautéing, plus, fine chopping and fine dicing. Chef Anthony will even open the world of making vinaigrette dressings with a short talk on oils. Lastly, learn how to macerate fresh fruit and pair with a simple gelato.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I surprised my boyfriend with the romantic Italian dinner for his birthday and we had a blast! Chef Anthony was fun, knowledable AND of course the food was delicious. Would definitely do it again.

We had a great time with Chef Tony at our class! He swept in, with pots, utensils, knives, trays, and even an ice cream maker! And of course, loads of delicious ingredients. He quickly mobilized our team and put us to work on our tasks--and there were many! We had an abundance of food and fun and it was all delicious. We learned a lot, ate great food, and had a wonderful time.

Chef Anthony (Tony) was knowledgeable and prepared. Chef Tony made contact in a timely manner and made sure that we had a proper wine for pairing with our dinner to have a great night. My fiancee was excited to learn new cooking techniques. We had a great evening.
