Join Chef Paige in whipping up a seasonal three-course brunch that is plant-focused and gluten-free. You will learn how to prepare both sweet and savory dishes that are also a fusion of modern and traditional brunch fare.
Chef Paige will begin by guiding you through a sweet, salty, smoky, maple-candied bacon parfait. You will then move on to build an epicurean’s breakfast salad with sweet, refreshing melon and lox. Lastly, you will prepare a traditional brunch staple rolled up with a little extra flair for a crowd-pleasing omelette roulade.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
