Combine the comfort food flavors of brunch with an inventive elegance in this hands-on class.
Join Chef Paige in whipping up a seasonal three-course brunch that is plant-focused and gluten-free. You will learn how to prepare both sweet and savory dishes that are also a fusion of modern and traditional brunch fare.
Chef Paige will begin by guiding you through a sweet, salty, smoky, maple-candied bacon parfait. You will then move on to build an epicurean’s breakfast salad with sweet, refreshing melon and lox. Lastly, you will prepare a traditional brunch staple rolled up with a little extra flair for a crowd-pleasing omelette roulade.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I really enjoyed the class. Chef Paige was very personable, engaging and demonstrated everything very well. This class made us realize that with some good sauces, vegetables can be a very fulfilling meal. We had a fun evening and highly recommend chef Paige.

As the chef and educator of Eatin’ Alive, Chef Paige is inspired by soulful, vibrant food and hearty laughter. Along with supervision of her food company, Paige offers many animated and enthusiastic cooking classes. When she’s not working, Chef Paige can be found surfing the coast, traversing forest trails, and unwinding on her yoga mat.
