In this hands-on class, Chef Danielle instructs on the art of tapas—the essence of Spanish cuisine. Tapas are small plates, designed to be shared among good company, each highlighting a different iconic and elegant flavor profile of popular Spanish cuisine.
Work your way through an authentic tapas menu featuring crispy bread soaking up juicy, flavorful tomatoes, fresh shrimp in a sumptuous garlic sauce, classic tuna-stuffed peppers, and hearty, yet dainty meatballs with a traditional romesco sauce. Snack on gourmet olives as you create this visually stunning and mouthwateringly delicious menu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
